Grayson strongly believes that everyone should be given the same opportunity to succeed.
Every successful candidate who is accepted onto the Business Development Programme starts at the same level.
They are subsequently given the same degree of coaching, mentoring and support but most of all opportunity, to progress through the programme as quickly as they are able to.
Goal setting is crucial to this development process to ensure every candidate is reaching the standards they wish to attain. Appraisals are undertaken at regular intervals to review this progress and adjust the coaching and development requirements accordingly.
